Pastor Todd has a heart for ministering to others. He loves to come alongside other pastors and church staff to encourage and empower them in pastoral care. Todd grew up in a pastor's home, and has three brothers also in the ministry. He has been in ministry himself for over 40 years, serving as a chaplain, senior pastor, worship pastor, and youth pastor (not all at once!)

Todd holds a Doctor of Ministry and Masters of Divinity from Midwestern seminary, and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Missouri.

He enjoys hunting, fishing, singing, traveling, and the occasional round of golf. Todd and wife, Kim, have four grown children, one perfect granddaughter, and live in southwest Missouri.
